operated by J. Michael Chapin. Mr. Chapin has over 28 years
combined experience in the Criminal Justice field as a Law
Enforcement Officer, Training Director, Chief of Police,
Investigator and Criminal Justice Instructor. With a degree in
Psychology and a graduate of the FBI National Academy, Session
168, Mr. Chapin has built a team of qualified staff at Black Duck
Corporation to meet the needs of the private sector, government
agencies and the corporate field.
Whether the investigation is debugging,
countermeasures, domestic, workers comp, or an in depth criminal
investigation, you can be assured that we can assist you in
gathering the evidence you need. We are available during business
